Ba Dinh is one of 12 urban districts of Hanoi and is one of four central districts of the capital. It is the place which holds many important offices of Vietnam in general and Hanoi in particular.
Geographical location
Its administrative locations are bordered with Tay Ho District in the North, Dong Da District in the South, Red River in the East, Hoan Kiem in the Southeast, Cau Giay District in the West.
Infrastructures
At present, the wards in the West of Ba Dinh District are residential areas with Hanoi’s the most early-built apartments.
There are many urban rail projects going through the District such as route 1, 2, 3, 5 and some are in the construction.
